MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd is a business in the distribution industry that supply’s various electronic and handmade products via our online platform https://mkwinkel.co.za.
The warranty term of our products vary, please take note in the description of our products for warranty terms.
The warranty only applies to the electronic components of certain products, if any other product is found to be faulty/broken please be so kind to bring this under our attention upon receiving the product/products.
If there is external damage to the device, the device will not be covered by warranty.
If the device was damaged due to delivery we will gladly assist.
Although certain devices are classified as waterproof, we will unfortunately not cover water damage, unfortunately there are too many undetermined factors that we have no control over, for example: force majeure

Free delivery / Free shipping for purchases of R800 or more.
Our goal is that the customer receives the goods purchased within 5 working days (excluding public holidays / weekends)
In-stock products are couriered the following morning, once an order is placed and paid for.
Product delivery can be expected to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. However deliveries to outlying and rural areas can take up to 7 working days.
My Kleine Winkel makes use of The Courier Guy and Pudo for the delivery of all the orders.
Tracking procedure – customer receives a WhatsApp containing an “tracking link”, which then can be used to track and trace the parcel.
PLEASE NOTE: Couriers don’t deliver to farms and / or postal boxes. Please take this into consideration when inserting your address. Rather ask a friend to receive your package. We are always willing to assist we just ask for reasonable requests.
Courier delivery times are unfortunately not something we can control. We try our best to put as much pressure on our couriers as possible but unfortunately some factors are not controllable. Sometimes 3 to 5 days is not enough time, under normal circumstances this is sufficient but with season times there are delays. We always keep abreast of any delays.

The provision of goods and services by MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd is subject to availability.
In cases of Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
All items returned to us for warranty purposes will be at the customer’s expense. The customer will be liable for the courier’s expense to return the parcel.

Please note that certain devices on our website is not sold as an alarm system and under no circumstances do we suggest replacing your current alarm system. These devices simply serve as aids.
We MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd. suggest testing the electronic devices purchased through our website on a regular basis.
We MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd. will also not accept any liability where the device has failed and an incident has occurred.
If certain devices are used as alarms, we MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd. indemnify us from any loss of life, goods or income.

MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd. shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Card transactions will be acquired for MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd. via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details will be stored by MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd. separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more details on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd. takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd. chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

MKW Distribution SA (PTY) Ltd. may, in its sole discretion,change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

15. Pricing

Pricing may change without any prior notice given, we strive to provide the best pricing possible but various factors influence our pricing module.

16. Load Shedding

Some of our products conect to third party networks, for example to a cellphone network. Please take note that we are not in control nor do we manage this network. Due to load shedding some of these towers may loose connectivity due to batteries not providing enough backup power. This may cause a disruption with regards to connectivity. We can unfortunately not be held liable due to the fact that we do not have control over this.
