The small, discreet and high-quality panic button that can be worn around your neck or wrist. When pushing the panic button in the event of an emergency, it contacts the numbers you programmed within seconds.

Alongside the panic button, you also receive the alarm’s base unit. This can be installed within a few short minutes. The panic button has a reach distance of up to 80 meters and up to 30 panic buttons can be linked to one base station.

The Emergency Caller Panic Button is ideal for farmers, elderly persons and/or you family members that are at home daily and/or in the security industry where more than one security officer is deployed on a property.

What makes the product so unique:
When pushing the panic button, the panic transmits to the base station and contacts the programmed numbers. The base station has a built-in microphone so that the person on the other side of the cell phone can hear what is happening at that current moment.

There are no monthly subscriptions or monitoring fees involved. For the Emergency Caller Panic System to function, you only need a prepaid sim card with airtime so that it can contact the programmed cellular numbers in the event of an emergency.

The Emergency Caller Panic Button is ideal for farm owners, elderly persons, family members at home. The device can also be extremely helpful for a security business where security officers are deployed on one property.

How to setup the Emergency Caller Panic Button:

Step 1 – Remove the back cover of the base station.
Step 2 – Connect the power adaptor to the device and then turn
the device on ( The on/off. Switch can be found at the
bottom left of the device, slide the Black switch to
the right into the on position).

Pairing the panic button with the base station:

  1. On the right side of the device is a Small hole which is the reset button, can be accessed by using a paper clip or Small screw driver.
  2. Press the button once and release and a short beep will be heard, press the panic button and a long beep will be heard.
  3. Press the reset button once again to exit pairing.
  4. The pairing process is now complete.
  5. Repeat from 1 to 4 if you would like to add an additional panic button.

Programming numbers to call:

  1. SMS to the base station (Number will be provided if the simcard add-on is purchased).
  2. Code to SMS: 888888#50#0619390148# (The 0619390148 must be replaced by your chosen contacts).
  3. To add additional numbers: 888888#51#XXXXXXXXXX# (The number slots are from [50-54]).
  4. Once the number is successfully added a confirmation SMS will be received

Setting the amount of times each number must be called:

  1. SMS to the base station.
  2. Code to SMS: 888888#02#[1-9]# (If you set it to 1 for example each number will be called once)
  3. Example: 888888#02#1#

    Delivery/Courier Procedures

    1. Free delivery / shipping fees for purchases of R675 or more.

    2. Our goal is that the customer receives the goods purchased within 5 working days (excluding public holidays / weekends)

    3. In-stock products are couriered the following morning, once an order is placed and paid for.

    4. Product delivery can be expected to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. However deliveries to outlying and rural areas can take up to 7 working days.

    5. My Kleine Winkel makes use of Courier Guy, Dawn Wing and Courier-It for the delivery of all the orders.

    6. Tracking procedure – customer receives email containing an “tracking link”, which then can be used to track and trace the parcel.

    7. PLEASE NOTE: Couriers don’t deliver to farms and / or postal boxes. Please take this into consideration when inserting your address. Rather ask a friend to receive your package. We are always willing to assist we just ask for reasonable requests.

    • OPTION 2 – PAYGATE
      1. If you choose PAYGATE, you will be redirected to their website. PAYGATE is a trusted payment service provider in South Africa and we have two options with them.
        1. Instant EFT works more or less the same, as doing an EFT with your bank account. Instant EFT does not save your details and use very high security to process the transaction.
        2. PAYGATE also accept Credit Cards, Master Card and Visa, also not saving any details making it very secure.

    OPTION 3 – ELECTRONIC FUNDS / BANK TRASNFER (EFT)

    1. If you select EFT, our website will firstly show you our banking details and is also available on the copy of the invoice that you will receive after your order.
    2. When you make use of the EFT option please be so kind to forward us your proof of payment as soon as physically possible as we cannot keep stock aside until we receive your proof of payment a couple of days later.
    3. Please remember to send your proof of payment via email with your order number as a reference, the reason why we are asking this is to supply you with the best possible service.
